Like it or not, our star QB now has star power that reaches past the football field and toward the glitzy lights of Hollywood. That said, he still found some time yesterday to do some good while thrilling school children at Henry Grew Elementary in the Hyde Park section of Boston. He and a few other Patriots, along with owner Robert Kraft, presented a cheque to the school in honor of the school being named an NFL “Play 60” school. My photo sequence below shows a student, Noel Jiminez, who approached the podium and asked a question. Brady looked at the boy’s hair and said: “Doesn’t this kid have a great head of hair?” Brady then took off his cap and shook out his own mane. Here is the Boston Herald’s Inside Track story and here are more of my photos from yesterday’s fun.
Hi Mark,
I am Noel’s stepmom and was hoping to get a copy of this photo, as we plan to make a poster of it for him to open on Christmas. You can imagine how thrilled he is to have a photo with Tom Brady, not to mention that Tom complimented his hair — we’ll never be able to get him to cut it (already an issue)! Please let me know if this is possible. Many thanks!!!!
